Snow wax is a brand-new formulation, with no melting / pouring required. Simply wick your containers. For unscented candles, simply pour the wax into the containers 'as is' and light your wick.
The wax is designed to melt itself as the wick burns, saving time and money.
For adding fragrance / dye, we recommend a powder or liquid dye, simply shake the wax in a jar or tub and allow to mix well before pouring into your containers.
We recommend starting both dyes and fragrances at 3-5% and adjusting gradually to personal preference to maximum of 8%.
As with all new waxes, please test in small batches initially to get your technique / ratio's right.
The flame is contained within the vessel, and accidental knocks will cause the wax granules to crumble and extinguish the fire. Enjoy your candle without worry.
Burning time
350g - Up to 60 hours
500g - Up to 80 hours
1kg - up to 150 hours
Maximum burn time in a single session should be no longer than 4 hours
Instruction:
Pour the wax granules into a non-flammable container.
Insert the wick in leaving 0.5 cm - 1 cm
After you burn pull the wick out with the hardened wax.
Insert the new wick, leave max 0.5- 1 cm out of the wax.
