Introducing a Special Candle Collection by Skye
Story behind the collection:
After picking up my daughter from school, she noticed the candles I was working on at the table and asked if she could make some too. A few days ago, I had taught her how to make hand-dipped candles using a big wax melter, and today she was eager to do it again. I decided to set up a little workshop just for her. I warmed some beeswax and poured it into a flask to keep it warm, so she wouldn’t need to use the big wax warmer. She was completely immersed, enjoying every moment of the process.
She asked me if she could make candles with two colors, and I happily agreed. Her creativity took over as she dipped one candle in white wax and the other in brown. Then, with a big smile, she carefully twisted the two together, creating a unique and beautiful design. She was so proud of the result!
When she finished, she looked at me and said, “Mama, I want to sell my candles. Can I sell them?” I smiled and said, “Yes, of course you can.”
We are thrilled to present a unique candle collection designed by Skye, our talented 5-year-old designer. Inspired by her favorite dessert—white and dark chocolate—this collection is made using traditional hand-dipped, layer-by-layer techniques, with a special double hand-dip and carefully twisted process to create natural wax candles.
